PunkRaft Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the PunkRaft Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering as an affiliate.

1. Program Overview

The PunkRaft Affiliate Program allows individuals (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting PunkRaft products using unique affiliate links. Affiliates are rewarded for valid sales generated through their promotional activities.

2. Affiliate Eligibility & Registration

  • Anyone can apply to become an affiliate by completing the Affiliate Registration Form.

  • All applications are subject to review and approval by PunkRaft.

  • PunkRaft reserves the right to accept or reject any application without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Affiliate Commissions

  • Affiliates earn a 5% commission on the net order value of every successful sale made through their unique affiliate link.

  • Commissions are calculated after discounts and before shipping fees.

4. Tracking Period (30 Days)

  • When a customer clicks your affiliate link, the system will track their activity for 30 days.

  • If the customer makes a purchase within this 30-day period, the sale is credited to you, even if they don’t buy immediately.

  • Example: A customer clicks your link on March 1 but purchases on March 25. The sale is still credited to you.

5. Grace Period (15 Days)

  • All commissions are first marked as Pending.

  • A 15-day grace period applies to every order to allow for returns or cancellations.

  • If the order is not returned or cancelled within 15 days, the commission becomes Approved.

  • If the order is returned or cancelled, the commission will be marked as Rejected.

  • The grace period ensures commissions are only paid on genuine, completed sales.

6. Minimum Payout & Payments

  • There is no maximum earning limit.

  • The minimum payout threshold is ₹100. Affiliates must reach this balance for a payout to be processed.

  • Payments are released on the 15th of every month, covering all approved commissions from the previous month (1st–30th/31st).

  • Payments are made via UPI or Bank Transfer as per the details provided in your Affiliate Dashboard.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Affiliates are responsible for promoting PunkRaft products honestly and ethically.

  • Use of spam, misleading claims, or prohibited advertising channels may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

  • Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to shop for personal purchases (self-referrals).

8. Affiliate Dashboard

  • Affiliates can log in anytime to their dashboard to track clicks, sales, approved/rejected commissions, and payouts.

9. Termination

  • PunkRaft reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated.

  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or unfair promotional activity will lead to account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

10. Changes to the Program

  • PunkRaft reserves the right to update commission rates, policies, or payment schedules at any time.

  • Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email or notice on the Affiliate Dashboard.

11. Disclaimer

While we do our best to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and timely payments, occasional technical issues or delays may occur. In such cases, PunkRaft will work with affiliates in good faith to resolve the matter. Participation in the program does not create any form of employment or partnership; affiliates act independently and are rewarded only for valid, completed sales.
