Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At PunkRaft, we aim to provide a smooth and fair shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests after this window may not be accepted, as orders are processed and prepared after purchase.
  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns or exchanges are accepted in case of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Print defects
  • Damaged items received
  • Incorrect item received

For hygiene and quality reasons, size-related preference changes may not be eligible for return, unless there is a defect or error from our side.


Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to the address provided by our support team.
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.

Refunds

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the bank account details provided by the customer.
  • Refunds are initiated after the returned product is received and verified.
  • Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement product value is higher, the difference must be paid by the customer.
  • If the replacement product value is lower, the balance may be issued as a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Requests raised after the return window
