Domestic Shipping (India)
PunkRaft ships orders across India through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post.
All products sold on PunkRaft are printed and prepared after an order is placed.
Order processing and dispatch typically take 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, orders generally take 5–10 business days to reach the delivery address, depending on the destination and courier service.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional service restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select locations through registered international courier partners or India Post, subject to destination-specific availability.
Delivery timelines for international orders vary based on the destination country and courier service.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer.
If international shipping is not enabled at checkout, orders from that location will not be accepted.
Delivery Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details, including address and contact information, are accurate and complete.
PunkRaft shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Courier Delays & Liability
PunkRaft makes reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal authorities, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier service in good condition.
